| Many of the Fig Tree Pocket State School students choose
to participate in the International Competitions and Assessment for Schools (ICAS). These competitions are run by the University of New South Wales and this year, students have a choice of participating in English, Writing, Science and Mathematics tests.
Our students compete against over 425, 000
students from across Australasia and consistently do very
well. Students in Years 3-7 can elect to participate.
